Down dog creates a new workout every time you use it. Easily adaptable from beginners through to experts. You are able to choose everything from focus, music and even the voice. They have several apps including yoga, HITT, barre and 7 minute workout

 

Happy Not Perfect

Helps you to establish a meditation ritual. There is also a “letting go” feature where you can write down anything that has been worrying or stressing you.

 

Feeling Good 

Based on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) feeling good help you cope with stress. Developed in Edinburgh the app has several tracks aimed to help you relax and build resilience.
