Hello and welcome to Aberdeen Students’ Nightline self care packs. Inside you’ll find some suggestions that volunteers at Aberdeen Nightline have put together to help you through lockdown. We’ll get through this together.

Our packs contain all of the games, stress-busting activities, mental health tips, channels for connecting with friends, and other resources you could ever need!

We hope that you enjoy the goodies we’ve put together to help you de-stress and look after your wellbeing during lockdown and exams.
